Realistic and satirical view on Marriage

I would like to bring in this article some of personal thoughts sharing my perception on some realistic and satirical view on Marriage.

Marriage is a social arrangement and recognition of two individuals taking the oath of commitment of living together. Marriage is also looked upon as a union of two individuals who live in a committed relationship. Marriage is recognized as a social necessity for human procreation, survival and building the chain of family. Marriage is a beautiful way of establishing a healthy harmonious living relationship between two individuals.

In earlier ancient societies, monogamy and polygamy were well established and practiced without any social stigma. Greed, misuse, sufferings over years could have led societies to set the norms of monogamy as acceptable practice.

In recent modern times, polygamy has replaced by individuals (Singles) who indulge in trying out a living relationship with one or more partners before tying the knot of marriage. The trend you see mostly in western countries individuals marry at their late 30’s or 40’s. Somewhere there is a fear in the mindset that getting married is getting in to entanglement.

Successful marriage is how well one can juggle with your partner. Marriage fails if one does not know how to juggle their differences due to compatibility issues and so forth. If marriage does not work after all efforts, divorce is a good way to settle scores and depart.

In the western countries, there are Laws to protect married couples from distrusting partners, divorce settlement has become costly, and these are the reasons why folks do not want to get married unless they get to know each other very well and feel safe about their partner. Rich, famous industrialists and celebrities have multiple marriages and can afford divorce and costly lawsuits.In India, the cultural trend predominantly was arranged marriage through horoscope match making and Indian horoscope match making is a wonderful science for couple compatibility test. Once the compatibility is established, the couples decide to meet each other and exercise the discretion on tying the nuptial knot. In this setup, one learns to accept the other person and due to compatibility success, couples have lived happily married life. In Modern times due to cultural change, horoscope match making is looked upon as superstitious and the Indian Men and Women take a conscious informed decision meeting each other and even try a live in relationship before marriage. It works as long as one learns to juggle well with your partner.

Married couples do go through a phase of depression. The husband imagines his wife should be hourly sexy figure instead she is sourly stout. The wife imagines her husband to be a sexy hunk instead, he sulks. Only when you have some preconceived notion that this person has to be your way there is suffering. Lust is only in the physical nature. If one says, one is in a relationship of marriage with their partner for life long it is more or less a relationship of lust, as lust can only be in the physical and limited. Love is in the unboundedness.

Sexual urge and associated pleasure is just a biological device for self-procreation and survival in this planet. Once one learns to accept the fact of biological desire of sexual urge then freedom is the only way. The social stigma associated with sexual urge weans away. If men were given all the beautiful women and women were given all the handsome men still there would a state of discontentment. They would not be completely satisfied. Satisfaction will be there for a moment but the ugly human nature will begin tormenting. Therefore, in spiritual term Sex means Union or Yoga. Instead of seeking lusty relationship seek love to blossom within you. Learn to kindle the dormant kundalini energies (Sex energies) in your system (base chakra). Of course, one will need the grace of the Guru to guide and provide the necessary roadmap tools and techniques. Once you know the technique of channeling your life energies being ecstatic and blissful will be order of every moment of your life. Every cell in your body will become orgasmic, ecstatic or blissful.

My take on marriage is why should one live in bondage of a life long marriage relationship. Yes, I strongly believe marriage as a beautiful way to be involved in a committed relationship. One can live in commitment and yet be in love with the entire existence. Love is not in the physical. Love is not measured in moments of time, but in timeless moments. Human nature is dubious. One nature is towards creating physical boundaries and other nature is to break the barrier towards unboundedness. One can live in a committed involved relationship with every being in this planet. When we start building boundaries suffering is obvious. When one learns to accept the very nature of human being, suffering is eliminated in the process, freedom is only the way. Why are we all suffering our very freedom?

Marriage can lead to happy, blissful relationship but still has its limitation since we have to juggle well to be making the other person happy. If each one of learn the method to be in Union with the divine, one can be blissfully happy without the need for lusty relationship.

To be in acceptance with every being in this planet one has to be in complete acceptance of oneself. Only when we learn the method to take control of our Body, Mind, Emotions and Life energies, acceptance to people and life situations can happen. Becoming spiritual is a step towards freedom. The method, techniques and tools are there in form of Yoga. Inner Engineering is a wonderful tool. Let it happen to everyone in this planet and let love blossom and life can become only one way, being blissful.

I would like to convey in this article to accept Human sexuality in healthier manner and accept human physical body as it is and not have a perversion to sexuality. I have just put my thoughts in raw satirical writing.

The word “Sex” biologically denotes two entities either masculine or femine and differentiates between male and female. Generally, the word “Sex” is associated with the act of copulation.

In spiritual world, Sex means “Union”. There is one vast non-dual oneness in the existence. Life or Creation exists only in duality of nature. What was one has become two. Duality means life and death, Day and Night, Masculine and Feminine. The conscious being seeks “Union” to become one. Everything in this existence is a reverberation of sound. Our body is just a sound vibration and each one of us has a unique intensity.

Sexuality is a quality that characterizes how appealing one is or to a degree one is attracted to another. Different Individuals have a different sense of perception of Sexuality. Some of them perceive the person sexuality in his/her eyes. Different people have different perception of sexuality depending on their Karmic imprints. If ones awareness is only limited to physical identity the person perceives sexuality only limited to the physical attributes.

People around the world have taken to perversion when it comes to Human sexuality. Too much of attention is paid to the physical attributes. Fashion shows have become perversion, as every model has to be skimpily dressed to sell her designer brand of clothes. Any TV or Magazine advertisement you see has become perversion. Even the Children Cartoon movies show raw sexuality. I could not believe the amount of vulgarity in the Kids cartoon and movies and cannot believe what the Censor board is doing. Any Indian movie song is full of raw sexuality or perversion and is open to family audience and not rated. Almost every song the Hero and Heroine show physical intimacy and almost embrace themselves in to Kama sutra poses. I can understand if there is a censorship and the film is rated for matured audience. The Indian Censorship has a perverted vision, provides Universal rating for vulgar scenes, and free for all kids to watch. Any intimate scene can become vulgar if the scene is not as per the situation or a scene with adult situation when we have kids around.

Why is there so much perversion or distortion to human sexuality? The reason is one is not able to transcend beyond ones physical limitation. When one is in the ambit of physical dimension, perversion is the only way one can be.

What is wrong with the body parts of human being? Why does a sight of women’s breast become an act of perversion or distortion? I personally do not like the word Boobs, Tits, Jug. I like “Bosoms”. “Bosoms” is a wonderful word. I can understand plastic surgery to uplift ones physical image. Why does a women need a boob job or silicone implants in her breast, which makes her, look uglier? The simple reason is she is not able to carry her sexuality well and she needs to fix her breast to look appealing or feel good. Her Breasts and little bit of her cleavage gives her Macho image. Why is so much noice made when a mother breast-feeds her child in public even though she has taken care to cover herself? Even if a little breast is exposed, while breast-feeding what is so wrong in it. Why is the sight of Breast “Nipple” even more act of perversion? There are so many countries where exposing women breast is ok as long as her nipples are covered. What is so wrong in a breast nipple? Why can only men walk bare chested in a beach and why Women cannot exercise the same option? What is pervertly wrong in Women walking bare chested in a beach? Perverted society is the cause for such repression. Men have also gone to the Gym to get seven flab Abs. It is fine to have good Abs. I also crave to have atleast two flat flab Abs, but overdoing oneself just for the pleasure to feel Macho is just too much.

Even the Backside, Rear, Ass, Butt, or to be more polished “Derriere” or "Callipygous" is looked upon with so much perversion. The Ass is just a fleshy part and designed to assist human to sit comfortably without feeling the pain of our bone joints. So much distortion or perversion has gone just over a fleshy piece of Ass. I like the word “Buxom or Callipygous”. Now with the Zero Figure the women hips have become parallel. One rarely get to see a woman with a curvy figure with broad hips and round Callipygous Derriere.

I envy the Germans or some Europeans for their dress code. They have a wonderful sense of body acceptance. The Germans go to office in Suit, tie and Formal dress code and when they are relaxing in the beach or swimming pool or Sauna, they are all bare. No one raises any eyebrow or stares at anyone. It is just accepted normal to be bare. Where has the perversion or distortion gone? It just seemed to disappear when we have learned to accept our physical body the way it is. Even the families and kids have all accepted their body in a healthier manner. I do not want to go in detail of dress code etiquettes when one is enjoying in an Au natural environment. It is understood to be groomed even one is bare. The sight of Beary ASS or Beary Back might be disgusting. It is a good etiquette to be groomed.

There should be no perversion when it comes to Human sexuality.It is like he whole of humanity is sitting in a vehicle and enjoying the scenery from inside the vehicle. Humanity never attempted to take a step to come out of their vehicle to enjoy and experience the magnificient nature. History has always seen period of Renaissance or change but we humans are still in the primitive state when it comes to accepting human sexuality and transcending the physical limitations. Hope for the Renaissance period to begin or flower.
